The operator

Which legal entity operates the service

Soveregin Rendholt is a brand name of the entity which owns and manages this platform and its associated customer portal.

The operating company is the entity you contract with when you accept our Terms of Use along with account setup. Its complete legal name, organizational status, registration details and the parent organization it forms part of are contained in the client agreement provided upon registration, and may be requested via the channels outlined in the "Obtaining documentation" section below.

Because corporate structures, registered particulars and service arrangements can change, we deliberately do not restate them as fixed text on a marketing page. The client agreement and the documentation pack we send you are the authoritative source; where this page and those documents differ, the documents prevail.

Group companies and service providers

Certain operations - infrastructure and systems hosting, payment settlement, pricing information, consumer verification solutions - are outsourced to specialized external partners via binding contracts. The types of partner organizations engaged, and the treatment of your data by those parties, are outlined in our Privacy Policy. We do not publish provider names on this page.

Availability

Jurisdictions served and excluded

The service is available only in jurisdictions where we are authorized to provide it. Eligibility is determined during signup based on your location of residence, subject to change.

Where the service is offered

Accounts may be established by individuals residing in nations indicated as permissible during your signup process. Should your nation appear on this list and you complete verification successfully, you may continue. If not listed, you are not eligible for the service.

Where the service is not offered

  • Nations and regions subject to current global sanctions or trade restrictions.
  • Regulatory regions where distributing this category of service to non-professional participants demands authorization which we do not possess.
  • Jurisdictions identified as high risk for financial crime under applicable rules.
  • Any territory we have chosen to exclude for internal risk reasons.

No solicitation

This website contains no information aimed at persons in restricted areas, nor is it intended for dissemination to or engagement by such persons in breach of local regulations. Using this site from a restricted area does not grant entitlement to service access. Should you relocate to a restricted area while maintaining an account, notify us immediately - your account may be suspended, terminated, and any funds refunded to you.

Framework

The regulatory framework we work within

We describe here the type of obligations that govern the service, rather than naming authorities or quoting reference numbers, which belong in the formal documentation.

  1. 01

    Client identification

All accounts undergo verification prior to deposit, trading or withdrawal, in accordance with the KYC and AML procedures detailed on our KYC & AML page.

  2. 02

    Financial-crime prevention

Sanctions and risk screening, ongoing transaction monitoring, internal escalation procedures and record retention for the periods required by applicable law.

  3. 03

    Handling of client money

Client balances are recorded separately from the operating funds of the business, and payouts are returned to a verified instrument in the client's own name.

  4. 04

    Fair and clear communication

Costs, spreads and any applicable fees are published in your account and on our pricing page. We do not promise specific returns, and all promotional material carries a risk warning.

  5. 05

    Data protection

Data is handled under a lawful processing basis, retained for the minimum required duration, and secured through authentication measures and cryptography for transport and storage.

  6. 06

    Complaints handling

A written internal complaints procedure with acknowledgement, investigation and a substantive reply within the timeframe stated when your complaint is logged.

Where a jurisdiction imposes stricter local requirements than those above, the stricter requirement applies to clients resident there.

Documentation

How to request corporate and compliance documents

Clients, prospective clients and professional counterparties may request our corporate and compliance documentation. We provide it on request rather than publishing it openly.

What can be requested

  • Confirmation of the operating entity and its corporate particulars.
  • The current client agreement and the schedule of costs applicable to your account.
  • A summary of our AML and client-identification procedures.
  • The complaints-handling procedure and escalation route.
  • Privacy documentation pertaining to your individual information.

How to make the request

  1. 01

    Write to us

Use the contact route on our contact page. Enter "Regulatory documentation request" as the message heading.

  2. 02

    Identify yourself

State whether you are an existing client (and give the email address on the account) or a prospective client, and which documents you need.

  3. 03

    Receive the pack

Responses are delivered within the period stated in your request confirmation. Certain materials may be shared in condensed form where they include confidential proprietary information.

Documents are sent to the verified contact details on file. We cannot send account-specific documentation to a third party without your written authorisation.

Contact

Regulatory and compliance questions

Regulatory status inquiries, compliance process questions, or escalated concerns should be directed to the compliance contact instead of standard support.

How do I raise a compliance question?

Send it through the contact page and label it "Compliance". Supply the registered account email if applicable, and state your question succinctly in one or two sentences.

How do I make a formal complaint?

Use the same route and mark the message "Complaint". You will receive an acknowledgement, a reference and an indication of the timeframe for a substantive reply. If the outcome does not resolve the matter, the reply will explain the further escalation options available to you.

How do I report suspicious activity or misuse of our brand?

Navigate to the report abuse function. Fraudulent use of Soveregin Rendholt's identity in communications, marketing materials or website replicas should be reported through this mechanism to enable swift intervention.

Do we handle questions from institutional or media sources through this route?

Yes - direct them via the contact form with an explicit heading and they will be assigned to the relevant department.
